1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
- Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us at info@wearly.in with your order number and reason for cancellation.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
2. Returns
At present, Wearly does not accept returns on purchased items.
We assure you that every product undergoes a strict quality inspection before dispatch to maintain the highest standards.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wearly.in with clear photographs and your order details. Our team will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution.
3. Exchange Policy (Size Exchange Only)
We understand that fit and comfort matter most. While we do not accept product returns, we do offer a size exchange if the desired size is in stock.
To initiate a size exchange:
- Contact us at info@wearly.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability of the requested size.
- If your preferred size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternate product of equal value.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the exchange is due to an error or defect from our end.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue along with your order ID.
- After verification, we will arrange for a replacement, size exchange, or store credit based on product availability.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- Order cancellation before dispatch.
- Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced or exchanged.
- Verified damaged or defective product with no replacement option available.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety purposes, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Undergarments or intimate wear
- Custom-made or altered garments
- Gift cards or promotional items

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are important to us. All orders are covered under Wearly’s Package Protection to ensure safe and reliable delivery. If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please reach out to us immediately with your order details, and we’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
