Wearly began as a personal journey rooted in love, compassion for others, and the unspoken challenges of aging. In my teenage years, I observed my grandparents have trouble doing something as simple as getting dressed. My grandfather was recovering from knee surgery, and my grandma was bedridden after a bad back injury. They both often felt uncomfortable and angry in their daily lives.
I still remember how my grandma needed help when it hurt to change clothes, how my grandfather struggled with tiny buttons, and how annoyed he looked. These experiences made me who I am today. I wanted to help them get dressed so they could feel more comfortable, independent, and dignified. It was at that time when Wearly was born.
Wearly is more than simply a clothing brand these days; it’s a movement that is bringing adapted apparel in a wide range to India for the first time. We make clothes that are comfortable, functional, and stylish. For example, we make magnetic shirts with an open back that make getting dressed easy, open back pants for seniors and people in wheelchairs or with dexterity, the women’s hospital and home care gown, and the elegant women’s open back gown that replaces traditional medical wear with dignity.
